Jenkins will battle on for Wales
Neil Jenkins wants to continue playing for Wales
Jenkins has vowed to regain his Wales position
Neil Jenkins has vowed to fight for his Welsh place, despite being unlikely to play any part in Saturday's game against the All Blacks.

BBC Wales understands that Stephen Jones will continue at fly-half with Iestyn Harris acting as cover.

But Jenkins has stated his desire to win back the famous number 10 shirt which he has filled with distinction over the last decade.

The 31-year-old hopes to get back as first choice for the coming Six Nations and the World Cup in Australia.

No one could dispute Jenkins' amazing record on the Test scene. He is the world's highest scorer, notching up 1049 points in his 87 games for Wales.

As yet there is no sign of the so-called 'Ginger Monster' following the likes of Scott Quinnell, Scott Gibbs and Rob Howley into international retirement.

Wales play four Tests against Romania, Fiji, Canada and New Zealand
