Clockwatch: Wales 22-27 Scotland
All the action as Scotland win a poor Six Nations game 27-22 against Wales at the Millennium Stadium.
80 mins +3: Welsh captain Charvis and Laney both hobble off as Wales are penalised again. Laney's replacement Duncan Hodge slots over the kick in the final act of the match.
80 mins: Scotland return to the attack, and a forward drive sees Taylor penalised in front of the posts. Laney kicks the simple penalty.
78 mins: Ian Gough wins line-out ball, and drives forward. Tom Smith is harshly penalised and Jones puts Wales back in front.
75 mins: Harris tries to run the ball out of defence, but is caught by Townsend and James McLaren. Scotland win a penalty and Laney fires it over. 72 mins: More substitutions take place as Jon Petrie replaces Martin Leslie for Scotland and Dafydd James comes on Craig Morgan on the Wales wing.
66 mins: Howley leaves the field as a Welsh player for the last time to a standing ovation, and is replaced by Dwayne Peel.
63 mins: A break by Kevin Morgan sees Scotland penalised, and Jones fires over his fourth penalty.
61 mins: Scotland replace Kenny Logan with Glenn Metcalfe.
59 mins: John is penalised for not releasing and Laney slots over a penalty from wide out.
55 mins: Laney takes a quick penalty and has the Welsh defence back-tracking. But a knock-on gives the home side a defensive scrum. Wales replace Iestyn Thomas with Spencer John and Scotland bring on Stuart Grimes for Jason White.
46 mins: Harris, playing at fly-half, makes his first impression by bursting past John Leslie and setting up Rhys Williams, who runs between the posts. Stephen Jones converts.
44 mins: Iestyn Harris and Robin McBryde replace Andy Marinos and Barry Williams.
43 mins: A mistake in the Welsh defence gives Scotland an attacking chance, but Townsend is unable to capitalise.
41 mins: Both teams make changes at the interval. Gavin Thomas for Nathan Budgett in the Welsh back row, while George Graham replaces Mattie Stewart in the Scots' front row.
40 mins +3: The visitors launch another attack and Charvis is penalised for offside. Laney kicks the penalty from the left touchline to increase Scotland's lead at the break.
38 mins: Taylor is caught in possession and penalised for holding on. Laney just puts the penalty wide.
29 mins: Scotland take the lead with another rolling maul from the a line-out. A 20-metre drive sees Bulloch claim another try - without the aid of the video referee this time. Brendan Laney converts.
25 mins: Rhys Williams sprints 55 metres to touch down for Wales, but his 'try' is ruled out for a knock-on by Martyn Williams earlier in the move. 22 mins: The try spurs the Scots on, and a superb run by Chris Paterson is ended by a tackle from Kevin Morgan.
20 mins: Scotland launch their first serious attack, and go straight onto the scoreboard. A forward drive takes in the Welsh defence, and - with the help of the video referee - Gordon Bulloch is awarded the try.
17 mins: A Scotland attack breaks down and Mark Taylor takes full advantage, along with Howley. The move breaks down, but a third Jones penalty extends the Welsh lead.
14 mins: Martin Leslie is penalised for offside and Jones slots his second penalty. 12 mins: Wales have to make their first substitution as Moore hobbles off with a knee injury to be replaced by Chris Wyatt.
8 mins: New Welsh captain Colin Charvis makes a charge, but Simon Taylor stops the ball coming out. Stephen Jones kicks the penalty from 50 metres to give Wales the lead.
3 mins: Robert Howley, playing his 59th and final international for Wales, makes a defence-splitting break. But lock Andy Moore is the only player up in support and the attack ends. 1645 BST: Gregor Townsend, winning a record 66th cap, kicks off for Scotland.
