Injury rules out Harlequins centre Nick Greenstock
Injury rules out Harlequins centre Nick Greenstock
Teenage scrum-half Nick Duncombe will make his Harlequins debut in Saturday's Heineken Cup match against injury-hit Munster at Thomond Park.

The 19-year-old replaces Matt Powell in the starting line-up following last weekend's Premiership defeat at Saracens.

Quins, who have no chance of qualifying for the quarter-finals, also give a rest to England prop Jason Leonard.

He is replaced by Jon Dawson as one of a number of changes.

Nick Burrows comes in for injured centre Nick Greenstock while David Slemen is chosen ahead of Ryan O'Neill at full-back.

Ireland interantional Peter Clohessy
Clohessy win his 100th cap for Munster

Munster coach Declan Kidney has had to dig deep into his pool of players to fill the void left by internationals Peter Stringer, John Hayes, Rob Henderson and David Wallace as well as emerging taelnt Paul O'Connell.

Ireland scrum-half Stringer has a broken bone in his heel and is out for a month.

However, while prop Hayes (shoulder), flanker Wallace (shoulder) and centre Henderson (groin) are all recovering from injury all could feature on the replacements bench.

Hooker Frank Sheahan will also line out after overcoming a calf injury.

Mike Prendergast comes in at scrum-half, while Peter Clohessy moves across the front row to Hayes' number three berth to win his 100th Munster cap and Marcus Horan comes in at loose-head.

Mick O'Driscoll will partner skipper Mick Galwey in the second-row.

Munster: D Crotty; J Kelly, M Mullins, J Holland, A Horgan, R O'Gara, M Prendergast; M Horan, F Sheahan, M Galwey, capt, M O'Driscoll, J Williams, A Quinlan, A Foley.
Replacements: To be confirmed.
