Premiership players to watch - Dwayne Peel
Dwayne Peel
Many players move to a new country to experience a change of language, climate, culture, or all three.

Given he is moving no more than 180 miles or so, Peel's stated desire to "experience life in another country for a short period" could have been more adventurous, but the former Llanelli Scarlets scrum-half was happy to plump for Sale in Manchester.

Two years ago the whippet-quick 27-year-old was regularly hailed as the finest scrum-half on the planet, but has since struggled to maintain his high standards and seen Mike Phillips take his Wales place.

Since breaking into the national side he has won 61 caps and despite Warren Gatland's desire to pick Wales-based players, the coach has said Peel's move to Sale will not harm his international chances.
