Mike Catt has been named Premiership player of the season, capping a superb year for the 34-year-old.
Catt earned himself an England recall after a superb season
The London Irish centre, who won a recall to the England squad earlier this month, helped guide the Exiles to the Premiership play-offs.
He pipped Northampton fly-half Carlos Spencer, Wasps wing Tom Voyce, Sale lock Jason White and Bristol scrum-half Shaun Perry to the top award.
Leicester wing Tom Varndell took the young player of the season honours.
Varndell also won the same accolade from the Professional Rugby Players' Association.
Also nominated for that award were Tom Biggs, John Clarke, Mathew Tait and Magnus Lund.
Sale boss Philippe Saint-Andre, who has guided his side to this weekend's Premiership play-off final, won the director of rugby category.
Bath number eight Zak Feaunati won the try of the year prize after his score against Bristol back in April.
Newcastle's Joe Shaw received a community award, while Leicester were rewarded for their work with the Matt Hampson Trust Fund.
