Bath have signed South African prop Heinrich Kok for the rest of this season to ease their injury crisis.
With props David Flatman, Matt Stevens and Christian Loader all sidelined, Kok could figure in Sunday's Zurich Premiership clash with London Irish.
Kok, 30, played for the Lions in this season's Currie Cup in South Africa and has played in the Super 12 competition.
Bath director of rugby Jack Rowell said: "Scrummaging is a key part of the game in the unforgiving front row."
