Yachvili started in the defeat by England
France scrum-half Dimitri Yachvili has been ruled out of Saturday's Six Nations clash with Italy in Rome.
Yachvili has a thigh injury and will be replaced in the starting XV by Morgan Parra, who started in the wins over Scotland and Ireland.
Meanwhile, Italy coach Nick Mallett has made seven changes to the side beaten by Wales a fortnight ago.
Luciano Orquera, one of eight players in the starting XV based in France, replaces Kristopher Burton at fly-half.
Andrea Masi, Gonzalo Garcia and Tommaso Benvenuti come into the backs and Carlo Antonio Del Fava, Andrea Lo Cicero and Carlo Festuccia the pack.
France coach Marc Lievremont has recalled full-back Maxime Medard, flanker Julien Bonnaire and prop Sylvain Marconnet.
Number eight Sebastien Chabal has surprisingly retained his place after a poor performance in the 17-9 defeat by England at Twickenham last month.
Huget underwent a kind of media hazing but the boy is tough

Montpellier scrum-half Julien Tomas has been called into the squad to provide cover and is likely to add to his two caps from the bench.
Lievremont said: "I watched the [England] game again. Chabal's performance did not seem disastrous to me."
Despite the media criticism he faced after the Twickenham loss, Bayonne's Yoann Huget will start on the wing.
"I like what he did with his club last weekend," added Lievremont. "He underwent a kind of media hazing but the boy is tough."
France, who completed a Grand Slam to win last year's championship, are third in the Six Nations standings, level on points with second-placed Wales and fourth-placed Ireland.
Unbeaten England top the table while Italy are bottom following three defeats from as many games.
