Cornish Pirates won their first league game at Brickfields since 2005 to edge past Plymouth Albion 10-6.
Albion fly-half Alex Davies opened the scoring with an early penalty, awarded after the Pirates collapsed a driving maul in front of their posts.
The visitors quickly struck back, taking the lead with Rudi Brits' converted try and a Rob Cook penalty.
Davies added a second Albion penalty on 30 minutes, but the home side were unable to trouble the scoreboard again.
Graham Dawe's men piled on pressure in the second half, but the Pirates retained their composure to come away from Plymouth with a win that moves them up to third in the Championship standings.
Despite losing, Albion are still eighth in the table, within the promotion play-off places.
Plymouth Albion chairman of rugby Graham Dawe told BBC Radio Devon:
"It was a filthy night and the Pirates played exceptionally well, as did our guys, who put a lot of effort in.
"We just didn't get enough field position with possession in the second-half, and it would have only taken one big power play to win that game.
"The Pirates had concerted pressure with 15 minutes to go and our defence was superb in keeping them out."
Cornish Pirates high performance manager Chris Stirling told BBC Radio Cornwall:
"It was good to come here and get the win. It was hard work, but the boys did work hard.
"The boys stayed composed and when Albion tried to apply any pressure to us we coped with it comfortably.
"All credit to Albion as they struck in there. We put huge pressure on them late in the game with a number of phases and their defence held."
