Ramsey are still in the hunt for promotion from South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Three following a 23-6 win over Prenton on Saturday. They led 10-0 at half-time through tries from Lance Wyllie and Adam Yates. In the second half Tynan Pritchard added a third try, which was converted by Fintan Cummins. Both sides added two penalties late on but it was Ramsey who recorded the victory to deny Prenton the Division Three title. Ramsey must now win their last game away at Ellesmere Port to secure promotion. The result saw Holmes Chapel confirmed as champions. Meanwhile, Douglas booked their place in the BSM Manx Cup final with a emphatic 76-3 over Southern Nomads at Port-e-Chee. Douglas will meet Vagabonds in the final which will be played at Mooragh Park on Saturday, 1 May.
