A strong second-half performance from Plymouth Albion helped them to an encouraging win over Rotherham at Brickfields on Saturday. After the sides traded penalties, the scores were level at 3-3 at the break. But Albion improved in the second half, with converted tries from Ruairi Cushion and Ben Mercer helping them open up a comfortable lead. Rotherham rallied late on, with tries from Jon Skurr and Jon Feeley, but the home side held on for the win.
