Launceston have started looking for a new coach to work alongside Jon Hill after joint head coach Chris Brown announced he was leaving the club.

Brown told BBC Radio Cornwall: "I'm also a lecturer in Exeter and demands on my time are through the roof.

"I've got three young children and I knew at some stage that something had to give.

"I think it's the right time to put something extra into my family which I haven't really been able to do."

Brown and Hill lifted Launceston to their highest ever league positions, including promotion to National One in 2007.

Current club captain Keith Brooking has been appointed forwards coach until the end of the season, with a view to taking on the role on a longer-term basis.
