Leinster hope to build on their impressive start to Heineken Cup Pool Two when they take on Castres Olympique at the RDS in Dublin on Saturday.

The Irish province have a maximum 10 points from their opening two games while Castres have just a single point.

Leinster coach Michael Cheika has named a 24-man squad which includes a wealth of Ireland international players.

These include Irish captain Brian O'Driscoll and Leinster's most capped player Malcolm O'Kelly.

"We don't play Castres regularly but we've watched a lot of videos and prepared ourselves the best we can," said Cheika.

"Felipe Contepomi is a big loss, as are Isa Nacewa and Gordon D'Arcy but we have players ready to come in."

Leinster squad:
Forwards: Cian Healy, Brian Blaney, Bernard Jackman, CJ van der Linde, Stan Wright, Trevor Hogan, Devin Toner, Malcolm O'Kelly, Rocky Elsom, Cameron Jowitt, Shane Jennings, Sean O'Brien, Jamie Heaslip, Stephen Keogh.
Backs: Chris Keane, Chris Whitaker, David Holwell, Jonathan Sexton, Simon Keogh, Luke Fitzgerald, Brian O'Driscoll, Shane Horgan, Girvan Dempsey, Rob Kearney.
