Launceston fought back valiantly to defeat Cambridge 21-23 and leap-frog their opponents in the National League Two table.
The All Blacks trailed 10-3 at half-time but a rousing performance in the second period put them in front.
There were two tries for Launceston wing Marc Dibble and one for scrum-half Ben Turner.
But it was fly-half Adam Stanniford's conversion that gave the All Blacks the two vital points for the win.
