IOM Vagabonds maintained their unbeaten home record in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division One with a 27-8 win over Wigan at the weekend.

Despite playing into the wind, tries from Leigh Kennaugh and Andy Pease, plus two conversions from Gavin Henson meant Vagabonds led 14-3 by the break.

The second half saw Andy Pease picking up his second try of the game.

Jonny Beckley wrapped up the game against a struggling Wigan with a conversion plus two penalties.

Elsewhere, Douglas lost 13-0 to Trentham and Ramsey beat visitors Capenhurst 22-0 at the Mooragh.
