Mounts Bay stay bottom of National League Two after they were on the wrong end of another big defeat on Saturday.
Bay went down 40-7 at Blaydon to see them stay bottom, a point behind Waterloo and 11 points off third-from-bottom Southend.
Bay were 28-0 down at half time, but a spirited second-half performance gave them at least a glimmer of hope.
Sam Parsons scored their only try in the final minute which was converted by Dan Hawkes.
