Forster opts for youth at Henley

Henley Hawks head coach Jason Forster is putting his faith in youth next season after signing nine, mainly younger players.

The Hawks were relegated from National League Two last season, and Forster told BBC Oxford that fresh blood will be the key to their success.

"What we have brought in is younger players who have got enthusiasm and are more ambitious," he said.

"They may use us as a stepping stone but it is a good place to start."
