Coventry Rugby Club are waiting to find out if they will be allowed to play in National League One next season.
Coventry had financial troubles last term and went into administration for a short period, in February, before a new company was formed to run the club.
But the Rugby Football Union has said they still have concerns about the club's financial viability.
The RFU has asked for proof from the club that their finances are secure and have set a deadline of 15 June.
