Gloucester winger James Simpson-Daniel has been named the Guinness Premiership player of the season.
The winger beat Bath's Olly Barkley, who will join him at Gloucester next term, into second, with team-mate Akapusi Qera taking third.
Wasps' Danny Cipriani was named Discovery of the Season to go with his title as Professional Rugby Association young player of the year.
