Henley's Dry Leas ground has been chosen to stage its third international rugby match of the season.
The England Students will face their Irish counterparts on Friday, 14 March, the eve of the Six Nations match between the two countries.
England Under-19 and Under-18 matches have already been successfully staged at the South Oxfordshire club.
The Hawks have confirmed they will not stage their International Sevens event in the summer due to lack of resources.
