Saracens, London Irish and Gloucester will all enjoy home advantage in the Heineken Cup quarter-finals.
Sarries, who qualified as top seeds after topping Pool Four, will take on Welsh region side Ospreys, who went through as one of two best runners-up.
London Irish face Perpignan, while Gloucester host 2006 champions Munster.
The semi-final draw pairs Toulouse or Cardiff Blues with either the Exiles or Perpignan, while Saracens or Ospreys will play Gloucester or Munster.
The Blues secured their first ever quarter-final appearance by winning 17-0 at Bristol on Sunday, but were unable to collect a bonus point that would have seen them hosting the French aristocrats instead at the quarter-final stage.
The ties will be played on the weekend of 4/5/6 April.
Defending champions Wasps were knocked out after their 19-3 defeat to Munster on Saturday.
French giants Biarritz, Clermont Auvergne and Stade Francais - despite a bonus-point win at Harlequins on Sunday - also failed to make the last eight.
