The ties will be played on the weekend of 4/5/6 April.
Defending champions Wasps were knocked out after their 19-3 defeat to Munster on Saturday.
French giants Biarritz, Clermont Auvergne and Stade Francais - despite a bonus-point win at Harlequins on Sunday - also failed to make the last eight.
