Former New Zealand fly-half Andrew Mehrtens has signed for French Division Two club Toulon after ending his stay with Premiership side Harlequins.
Mehrtens was instrumental in guiding Quins back to the Premiership
The 34-year-old joined Quins in 2005 after their relegation to National League One and scored 225 points to lead them back to the top flight.
Injuries restricted him to nine league appearances this season but he did play in Quins' final match against Sale.
Mehrtens has signed a one-year deal with Toulon.
Another former All Black, centre Tana Umaga, has just returned to New Zealand following a nine-game spell with the club.
