The semi-final pairings of the 2006 Women's Rugby World Cup will be the same as four years ago after the last round of group games was completed.
A brace of tries each for Danielle Waterman and centre Sue Day helped England romp to a 27-8 win over France, and a semi-final against hosts Canada.
"We expect a fierce battle, playing at home can be a big advantage," said England coach Geoff Richards.
New Zealand's 21-0 win over Scotland earned them a semi-final with France.
In other matches, Canada eased past Kazakhstan 45-5, the United States beat Australia 10-6, Spain upset Samoa 14-12 and Ireland hammered South Africa 37-0.
