England will begin their Rugby World Cup defence against the USA after the Eagles beat Uruguay 33-7 in the second match of their two-leg qualifier.
The Eagles were indebted to two tries each from Paul Emerick and Vaha Eskia, and 13 points from kicker Mike Hercus.
The Americans, who won the first leg 42-13 in Montevideo on 1 October, join Pool A along with England, South Africa, Samoa and another qualifier.
England face the Eagles at the Stade Felix-Bollaert in Lens on 8 September.
"We qualified for the World Cup, so I am happy about that," said skipper and fly-half Hercus.
"We could have scored a lot more points. We just didn't adjust to the referee's calls like we should have. But that is something that will come with time."
Juan Menchaca scored the only points for the South Americans when he converted his own try as they briefly threatened by recovering to a 10-7 deficit.
