Howard has guided Montferrand to the Parker Pen Challenge Cup final.

Pat Howard is expected to be handed a coaching position with his old club Leicester on Wednesday.
But it is thought unlikely the former Australian international centre, currently player-coach of Montferrand, will get the prized post of head coach.
The Tigers have been searching for a successor to Dean Richards since the Leicester legend ended his long association with the club in February.
John Wells has been in charge of team affairs for the last three months.
Former Munster coach Declan Kidney was in the running to replace Richards but is no longer thought to be a contender.
