Leicester have confirmed that they will take on the Barbarians at Welford Road on 18 March next year.

The teams met last season when Jaco van der Westhuyzen inspired the Tigers to a comfortable 69-21 victory.

Wales veteran Neil Jenkins, Fijian Sevens star Waisale Serevi and Samoan hooker Trevor Leota were some of the stars in the Baa-Baas squad.

The invitational side last played in May when they defeated an inexperienced England team 32-12 at Twickenham.
