Seven up for Kiwis
Keiron Cunningham
Cunningham flies the flag for Wales
New Zealand dominate the World Cup's official Dream Team - both on and off the pitch.

A total of seven Kiwis have been selected for the final 13, which has been drawn up by a panel of journalists, coaches and officials, with Frank Endacott named as coach.

The only British player to make the side, which also includes five Australians, is Wales hooker Keiron Cunningham.

Dream team:

Full back: Richie Barnett (NZ);
Wingers: Wendell Sailor (Aus) and Lesley Vainikolo (NZ);
Centres: Tonie Carroll (NZ), Ryan Girdler (Aus);
Stand off: Henry Paul (NZ);
Scrum half: Brett Kimmorley (Aus);
Props: Shane Webcke (Aus) and Craig Smith (NZ);
Hooker: Keiron Cunningham (Wales);
Second row: Stephen Kearney (NZ) and Bryan Fletcher (Aus);
Loose forward: Ruben Wiki (NZ).
Coach: Frank Endacott (NZ).
