Seven up for Kiwis
![]() Cunningham flies the flag for Wales
New Zealand dominate the World Cup's official Dream Team - both on and off the pitch.
A total of seven Kiwis have been selected for the final 13, which has been drawn up by a panel of journalists, coaches and officials, with Frank Endacott named as coach. The only British player to make the side, which also includes five Australians, is Wales hooker Keiron Cunningham. Dream team:
