Salford coach Karl Harrison says he is struggling to find new players to help his ailing squad find form.
The Reds have only one win in the last five games after Friday's 36-10 Challenge Cup loss to Huddersfield.
"If you know anybody who is available, throw some names at me," he said. "We've scoured the world."
Salford are also waiting on news about forward Gareth Haggerty, who was taken off during the second half of the Huddersfield game with a neck injury.
The game was held up for five minutes for him to have treatment and he was taken to hospital after the match.
"He said his neck cracked but I don't know how serious it is," said Harrison.
On his side's transfer hunt, Harrison added: "We need to shake things up but there's no players on the horizon and there's not a great deal in the National Leagues who could step up."

In the second half Huddersfield were smarter and more enthusiastic

Salford are at the foot of the Super League with just three wins from the opening 13 matches.
And Harrison is refusing to blame Salford's lengthy injury list for his side's poor form.
"Something has to change," he said. "We need a performance and a win.
"There are too many people in key positions not playing well and confidence is obviously very low.
"We had a pretty strong team on the field so injuries are not an excuse. We need to stop feeling sorry for ourselves and just get on with it.
"On Friday, the best team won. Huddersfield played the conditions better than we did.
"I didn't think there was a lot between the teams in the first half but, in the second half, they were smarter and more enthusiastic. Their kick-chase was outstanding."
