Australian scrum-half Adam Dykes has parted company with Hull FC after just one season at the KC Stadium.

Dykes joined the club from Cronulla Sharks last year, but injuries restricted him to 12 Super League appearances for the club.

The 31-year-old still had a year of his two-year deal to run.

Dykes becomes the second half-back to leave the club in the space of 24 hours, with James Webster leaving for National League One outfit Widnes.

"We thank Adam for his contributions and wish him the best of luck with his future career," said a Hull statement.
