Forward Adam Peek is a former Cronulla player

Celtic Crusaders have re-signed Australian forward Adam Peek on a two-year contract. The former Cronulla second row or prop made 17 appearances in his first season with the club before being sidelined with a knee injury. "I'm really happy to have it all sorted out as I've enjoyed this year," said the 32-year-old Peek. "I'm looking forward to getting back into training again and to help the Crusaders greatly improve in 2010." The Crusaders, who have collected the wooden spoon in their first season in Super League, are also set to re-sign forward Jason Chan and winger Luke Dyer.

But the south Wales side will have to make wholesale changes for next season after having six regulars deported for visa irregularities. There is also speculation that the Crusaders may make a change at head coach, although that could see John Dixon take another role within the set-up rather than leave the club completely.
