Super League leaders Leeds survived a second-half fight back to defeat Hull KR at Craven Park.
The Rhinos struggled in the opening half but led 12-10 at the break thanks to Brent Webb's try and a superb solo score from Rob Burrow.
Kylie Leuluai and Scott Donald extended the Rhinos lead but tries for Scott Murrell and Peter Fox put Rovers within two points with 19 minutes to go.
But Leeds sealed the victory with tries from Keith Senior and Matt Diskin.
It was of huge credit to Leeds that they overcame the absence of five international players to gain a 10th win of the season and extend their advantage at the top of the table to six points.
Hull KR, though, not only suffered defeat but also appear likely to be without James Webster for the rest of the season.
The scrum-half left the field midway though the first half holding his wrist but scans later revealed the 29-year-old has suffered a dislocated shoulder.
Hull KR coach Justin Morgan:
"I don't think the scoreline reflects the match. We conceded a couple of soft tries and we were most probably in the game for long periods.
"If we had taken our chances, we could have gone a couple of scores up.
"We showed some great character and that is a reflection of how far we have come. The spirit we showed pleased me."
Leeds coach Brian McClennan:
"It was a good win that, a good game of footy. There was a lot more intensity than there has been in the last few weeks.
"We're really happy with how we performed. I thought we were the better team. We had to do a lot of tackling but I thought we were comfortable.
"When we did get enough ball, I thought we created more chances."
