Carroll seeks Leeds lift-off
Carroll will visit a specialist on 15 March
Leeds Rhinos centre Tonie Carroll could be back in action by the end of the month.
The New Zealand international has been sidelined since undergoing shoulder surgery at the end of last season. But he is hoping to get the green light to resume playing again when he visits a specialist on 15 March. Meanwhile, the Rhinos are confident Ben Walker and Ryan Sheridan will both be fit for Friday's trip to Hull FC. Sheridan suffered a slight hamstring strain while Walker took a knock to his knee in the 48-6 win over London Broncos on Sunday. "Ryan's just tweaked his hamstring and Ben's just got a bang on his knee," said Leeds coach Daryl Powell.
