Radlinski hails 'Happy Frank'
![]() Britain's Kris Radlinski in action against New Zealand
Kris Radlinski led the tributes to popular Kiwi Frank Endacott, crowned the
Super League Coach of the Year in Manchester on Wednesday night.
Endacott steered Wigan to a top-spot finish at the end of the regular season and only arch rivals St Helens, their opponents in Saturday's Super League Grand Final, stand in their way of a second championship in three years. The arrival of "Happy Frank" has, according to England full-back Radlinski, brought a breath of fresh air to a club that was in danger of stagnation. "His enthusiasm is infectious," said Radlinski. "Everyone loves coming to training. It's not like a job, it's like going out with your mates.
"He has given me a free role and so much advice and I have learned a lot more this time."
