Halifax will entertain Widnes and Barrow will host Featherstone in this year's Northern Rail Cup semi-finals.
The ties will be played from 18-21 June, with the final at Blackpool's Bloomfield Road on 12 July.
Halifax joined Widnes, Barrow and Featherstone in the last four by running in nine tries as they crushed Leigh 54-16 at The Shay.
The winners of this year's Northern Rail Cup will be eligible to apply for a Super League licence in 2011.
Barrow, the Championship leaders, held off a determined Dewsbury fightback to reach the semi-finals with a 20-18 win, while Widnes had to come from behind to beat York 44-18.
Featherstone were the first team to make the last four, coming from 12-6 down to record a 32-18 victory at Oldham.
