Robinson scored two tries to help the Giants to victory over Quins
Huddersfield reached the fifth round of the Challenge Cup after an emphatic 42-16 win at Harlequins.
Prop Keith Mason scored the first of eight tries for the Giants before Brian Hodgson kicked the first of four goals.
Quins were briefly level through Tony Clubb, but could not contain scrum-half Luke Robinson who scored two tries and helped Dave Hodgson over for another.
A second try from Hodgson and further ones from Stephen Wild, Paul Whaturia and Brett Hodgson secured the victory.
It was the second time in a fortnight that Huddersfield have comprehensively beaten Harlequins, recording a 46-6 victory back at the Galpharm Stadium in March.
Robinson scored two tries then as well, and continued to torment the Quins in this tie, putting the visitors in control of the match before half-time by scoring a soft solo try and combining with centre Kevin Brown to get Dave Hodgson over.
With Quins trailing 24-6 at the break, the game was effectively over shortly after the restart, with Hodgson getting his second try after collecting a skillful pass out of the tackle from Paul Whatuira.
The Giants extended their lead through another Robinson try and, despite an attempted comeback from their spirited opponents, never looked in danger of relinquishing their advantage.
Two late tries from Whatuira and Wild put the gloss on a victory that sees the Giants extend their impressive away record to nine games in a row.
Harlequins head coach Brian McDermott:
"It's massively disappointing. We got beaten by a better team.
"Huddersfield showed up and played better than we did. They defended very, very well.
"It's hard to gain any momentum against the Giants. They've got some stuff going. They are definitely hard to break down."
Huddersfield coach Nathan Brown on captain Brett Hodgson:
"He's an outstanding player in a very important position.
"Certainly having a good full-back improves your team dramatically.
"I think everyone agrees he's one of the best players in England at the moment."
