Korkidas joins Wildcats

Korkidas played only once for the Roosters in 2002

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have signed Michael Korkidas from the Sydney City Roosters on a two-year contract.

The 21-year old, who plays in the front row, joins former Rooster Dallas Hood at the club.

And Clinton O'Brien was also recently imported from Australia after arriving at Belle Vue from Newcastle Knights.

But Korkidas has an EU passport and will not count as an overseas player.
