74 mins: Deacon goes for the drop goal under pressure and fires wide of the posts.

73 mins: Darren Britt loses the ball in the tackle. He feels the ball has been ripped away but he is not given a penalty.

71 mins: Given so much space and time, Long lines up a drop goal staright in front of the posts, but he misses an easy chance to put Saints ahead.

69 mins: Vaikona is hit by a high tackle, which is ruled to be a shoulder barge by the referee. Paul is floored with cramp as the players start to feel the relentless pace of the match.

67 mins: Saints are stretched in defence and Albert makes another last-ditch tackle to prevent a score.

67 mins: With Albert out of position, Pryce bursts through and looks to be on his way to a score. Bennett manages to catch his legs and bring him down with a try-saving tackle.

65 mins: Saints win a penalty under the posts as McDermott takes the man and not the ball. Long levels the scores.
