Fielden joins Origin casualty list
Richard Horne in action for Hull FC.
Horne (centre) is replaced by Leon Pryce
Bradford's Stuart Fielden is the latest player to withdraw from the first Origin game between Yorkshire and Lancashire.

He suffered a flare-up of a knee injury in training and has been replaced in the Tykes squad by Castleford's Nathan Sykes.

Brian Noble's side will also be without Hull's Richard Horne, who has suffered a knee injury in training.

I have every confidence in Leon... he is quick, has good feet and is confident under the high ball
Yorkshire coach
Brian Noble

Horne was due to fill the full-back role for Yorkshire in the two-game series, which is seen as a trial for Great Britain's Test clash with Australia in Sydney on 12 July.

His place will now be taken by Bradford's Leon Pryce, with Noble due to confirm the rest of his line-up on Thursday.

"Richard has not picked up as quickly as we thought," Noble said. "But I have every confidence in Leon.

"He has done well at full-back for Bradford. He is quick, has good feet and is confident under the high ball."

Earlier this week, Yorkshire called up Bradford youngster Lee Radford in place of Garreth Carvell, who is also injured.
