Vinny Castilla thumped a two-run double in the eighth inning to help the Colorado Rockies win 4-2 at the Philadelphia Phillies in the only National League game.
Trailing 2-1 going into the eighth inning, the Rockies scored three runs off reliever Todd Jones to take the opener of the four-game series.
Luis Gonzalez homered to tie the game in the eighth and Preston Wilson accounted for the other Colorado run with a
seventh-inning homer off starter Eric Milton.
Tim Harikkala picked up two outs to notch the win before Shawn Chacon threw a scoreless ninth inning for his 27th save of the season.
Starter Jamey Wright went 6 2/3 innings before being replaced by Harikkala.
Milton had a no-hitter until the fifth and ended up pitching seven innings, allowing one run on three hits with eight
strikeouts and two walks.
But Jones, making his first appearance with the Phillies after being acquired on 31 July, gave up three runs on three hits in one inning to suffer a loss.
