Baylor is the sixth manager to be fired this season
The Chicago Cubs fired manager Don Baylor on Friday after a hugely disappointing season.

Baylor becomes the six manager to get the chop so far this term.

Despite signing Moises Alou from Houston the Cubs lie a lowly fifth in the National League Central Division with a 34-39 record.

Bruce Kimm, who as in charge of the Cubs' Class AAA affiliate in Iowa, has been named as the interim manager.
