Hendry has no chance to spark a comeback as Williams quickly builds a break of 82, forcing his opponent to concede the frame and the match. Stephen Hendry 4-10 Mark Williams

Both players make a cagy start to the final session before Williams gets his chance to build a 60 break. Three reds remain but Hendry surprisingly concedes to leave his opponent just one frame from victory.

In another tense frame, Hendry escapes from two snookers but leaves the final red over a pocket. Williams makes no mistake and takes the frame on the blue.

A potentially pivotal frame could go either way after Hendry breaks down on a break of 44 to let Williams back in.

A crucial frame sees both players getting edgy. A fluked red appears to be the break Hendry needs, but he is unable to get the snooker he needs as Williams wins a fifth straight frame.

Hendry is unfortunate to snooker himself in the pack after potting a long red. Williams profits with breaks of 28 and 44 to take a two-frame lead at the mid-session interval.
