The Olympic dreams of London, Paris, Madrid, New York and Moscow rest in the hands of the 116-strong International Olympic Committee on Wednesday.

So who makes up this diverse bunch of royals, politicians, sports administrators and former Olympians?

Age: 73 - member since 1991
Media mogul and president of the Association of National Olympic Committees and Pan-American Sports Organisations.

Olegario Vazquez Rana Mexico
Age: 69 - member since 1995
Brother of Mario (above). Member of Mexico's Olympic shooting team from 1964-76. President of International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF).
