Emotional return for Swede Molin

Nottingham Panthers forward Johan Molin says scoring the winning goal against Coventry was a very emotional moment.

The 32-year-old was in the UK visiting friends but was drafted in when Kevin Bergin failed a fitness test.

Molin has now returned to Sweden but told BBC Radio Nottingham playing a part in Saturday's 2-1 win was special.

He said: "It was great to be back with the fans and the guys. It is tough to describe but you saw it on the ice, you don't celebrate like that many times."

Molin was only over for short holiday and had to reclaim his white skates from a sponsor.

"I just couldn't imagine this when I was here, as I was just visiting and picking up some stuff that I left," he added.

"It's amazing and it was nice to be back on the winning team. I had such a good feeling and I knew we were going to win."
