The Big Flutter: The Grand National on Film explores how television coverage over the decades turned the race's greatest moments into some of the nation's best-loved sporting stories.
The first moving images of the Grand National date back to 1910.
However, three cans of film dating from the 1911 race turned up recently at a London auction. The material was purchased by Angus Loughran, a collector of sports memorabilia, and it provides a unique insight into the early years of the race.
