Ladies Day has sold out at Musselburgh three years in a row
|
The annual Ladies' Day event at Musselburgh Racecourse has sold out for the third successive year, despite an increase in capacity every 12 months. All 7,500 tickets for the East Lothian course event have been snapped up 11 weeks before the 6 June meeting. "Tickets have disappeared quicker than a Scottish Sprint Cup winner on the home straight," said the course general manager Bill Farnsworth. "It is quite incredible that that we are having to turn away race-goers."
