The Five Live selection is Eswarah in the 1620 at Newbury (all times BST).
Racing comes from Newbury, York, Newcastle, Nottingham, Salisbury and Lingfield Park.
At Newbury, where the ground is good to firm following a dry night, the big race of the day is the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond stakes, in which 12 top-class horses go to post.
Royal Ascot winner Azamour is the likely favourite, although there is a doubt about him staying the 12 furlongs.
The horse to watch could be Eswarah. Not since 1976 has a three-year-old filly won this race, but she boasts an unbeaten record and has won twice at Newbury.
Trainer Michael Jarvis is in bullish mood after reporting that Eswarah was flying in her final work-out on the Newmarket gallops.
Andrew Balding is expecting a big run from Phoenix Reach but admits the colt would prefer really fast ground.
The going at York is good to firm but should ride perfect following 3mm of water on the track overnight. Peter Brueghel, who goes in the 1455, is worth a second glance.
It is good ground at Newcastle, although there is the odd patch of good to firm ground.
Sierra Vista in the 1300 can continue the good run of the David Barker stable.
Nottingham's good to firm ground will be ideal for Nanton in the 1535.
The evening fixtures come from Salisbury, where they get under way at 1805, and Lingfield, where the six-race programme starts 1815.
