Barry Hills has made a bright start to the season and he introduces a potentially nice horse in Don't Tell Sue in the 1410. The colt is by Bold Edge and has been entered in some decent races suggesting that he is held in high regard.
The feature race at 1515 can go to the in-form Hughie Morrison stable. Baltic King was very consistent last season but struggled against the better sprinters. He is sure to be a stronger horse this season.

Champion trainer Martin Pipe has six runners and can extend his lead at the head of the trainers' championship. Celtic Son in the 1630 is his best chance of success.
Following 2mm of rain overnight, the ground at Thirsk is now soft. It was still raining at the track on Friday morning and conditions may worsen.
Evening racing begins with meetings at Taunton and Wolverhampton.
At Taunton the ground is good to firm, while at Wolves the polytrack is standard.
