Today's Five Live selection is Easter Ogil in the 1340 at Lingfield (all times GMT).
Tuesday's racing comes from Lingfield and Southwell.
Lingfield's Polytrack surface has suffered no ill effects from the freezing temperatures and the track passed an inspection at 1100 today.
There are also no problems at Southwell - despite flurries of snow over night.
Since resigning from the Ballydoyle job Jamie Spencer has been seen to good effect on the all-weather tracks and the jockey looks to have some interesting mounts.
The best of his rides today is Easter Ogil in the 1340 at Lingfield.
Easter Ogil is now in veteran status but is still admirably tough and ran a really eye-catching race at this track six days ago.
He looked slightly unlucky that day, encountering trouble at a crucial stage but granted a clear run he looks the horse to beat.
Green Pirate in the 1510 won a maiden race at Wolverhampton last month and looks capable of following up in handicap company.
At Southwell Tiny Tim in the 1600 is given one last chance by this column who has been a selection on more than one occasion.
The horse has managed to finish second on four of his last six outings so is obviously tricky.
He has the strongest form in the race but must be treated with caution.
Meanwhile, the prospects of racing on the turf at Doncaster and Ludlow on Wednesday look optimistic.
