Monday's racing bulletin
Today's Five Live selection is River Gypsy 1520 at Lingfield (all times GMT).

Monday's racing comes from Lingfield and Wolverhampton.

All-weather racing at Lingfield and Wolverhampton has saved the day following the abandonement of Carlisle on Sunday.

And Tuesday's fixture at Sedgefield must survive a 1200 inspection while both clerks are confident that the meetings at Ludlow and Doncaster can go ahead on Wednesday.

Temperatures fell to -3C over night at Wolverhampton where the Polytrack is standard.

Hamburg Springer looks to have strong claims in the 1535 as does the consistent Pharoah's Gold in the 1645 for in-form trainer Derek Shaw.

Temperatures were not as cold at Lingfield and fell to just above freezing.

The track is standard and the horse to follow is River Gypsy in the 1520.

David Elsworth has a good strike rate when teaming up with jockey Richard Quinn and the pair can strike with this horse despite him making his all-weather debut.

The horse ran above all expectations to chase home the useful Day Flight at Salisbury last season and a reproduction of that form would be easily good enough to take this.
