Wednesday's racing bulletin
The Five Live selection is Jagger in the 1430 at York (all times BST).

Racing today comes from York, Carlisle, Worcester, Epsom and Nottingham.

It is day two of York's Ebor meeting and the feature race is the Totesport Ebor Handicap at 1430.

Horses coming from a low-numbered stall have an advantage but with 20 runners it is essential not to encounter traffic problems.

Jagger has a good draw coming from stall four and has some form to his name. He ran in a better race than this last time at Goodwood and has the advantage of already winning at York.

The Yorkshire Oaks at 1505 should be plain sailing for Eswarah who did not get the rub of the green last time in the King George.

The ground at York is good. Both the 1430 and 1505 can be heard live on BBC Radio Five Live.

It is Family Fun Day at Carlisle, where the ground is good to firm with good places. Special Lad looks a solid bet in the 1550.

The only jumping card comes from Worcester, where the ground is good to firm. Champion jockey Tony McCoy should be successful aboard Mylo in the 1415.

The evening racing comes from Epsom, where it is good with good to firm places, and Nottingham, where it is good.
