Monday's racing bulletin
The Five Live selection is Emerald Bay in the 1645 at Nottingham (all times BST).

Racing on Monday comes from from Nottingham and Musselburgh, plus evening meetings at Ripon and Windsor.

The ground at Nottingham is good to firm which will be ideal for the best bet.

Emerald Bay looks a progressive individual who was impressive when successful at Haydock Park.

The horse runs in his first handicap but does not look harshly treated with 8st 12Ib on his back, with in-form jockey Kevin Darley taking the ride.

Top Spec looks worth following in the 1515.

The ground at Musselburgh is good to firm with good places.

Newmarket trainer Sir Mark Prescott has a fantastic strike rate and Dream Fantasy can continue that run in the 1500.

The ground has changed significantly at Ripon where almost an inch and a half of rain fell on Sunday afternoon.

Conditions are now described as good to soft and soft in places.

Rainbow Rising in the 1950 is one of the few horses that will not be inconvenienced by the soft going and looks a solid selection.

Racing at Windsor looks competitive but the ground looks safe and will be good to firm.

Pinpoint did very little wrong on his debut and should get off the mark in the 2110.
